Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Beaumont, TX)

Your role will require frequent collaboration and interaction with our dynamic team at the Admin Office in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for employees while providing consultative advice to managers on staffing projections and staffing plans, ensuring both short and long-term business needs are met.
- Collaborate closely with the HR recruiting team, assisting with and facilitating proactive staffing strategies.
- Implement established human resources policies, aligning with legal requirements and internal business objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Guide employees and management in understanding and navigating employee relation policies and documentation.
- Provide support in compliance with Family Medical Leave, ADA, FLSA, and other regulations and internal policies.
- Participate actively in manager and all-employee meetings, ensuring clear communication of projects, issues, or changes.
- Facilitate problem resolution by serving as a mediator for employee grievances and conflicts.
- Lead, develop, and empower staff to optimize their contributions and professional growth.
- Work in tandem with site managers and the HR team on assignments and projects, promoting effective team dynamics.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or similar environment preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Certification, or SPHR strongly preferred.
- Experience in broad talent management practices, including workforce and succession planning, as well as coaching and facilitation.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively within a diverse community.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a proactive customer-service approach.
